Quality and Care:
Each miniature is meticulously cleaned, cured, and has most supports removed before packaging. While we take care to remove supports, a few minor remnants may occasionally remain and can be easily sanded for a smooth finish. Minor imperfections may also require light sanding or assembly. Resin miniatures can be delicate; handle finer details with care. While we package items securely, breakage during shipping can sometimes occur. We are not liable for shipping damages; however, please reach out if an item arrives missing or damaged beyond reasonable repair.
