Quality and Care:
Each miniature is meticulously cleaned, cured, and has most supports removed before packaging. While we take care to remove supports, a few minor remnants may occasionally remain and can be easily sanded for a smooth finish. Minor imperfections may also require light sanding or assembly. Resin miniatures can be delicate, so please handle finer details with care. While we package items securely, breakage during shipping can sometimes occur. We are not liable for shipping damages; however, please reach out if an item arrives missing or damaged beyond reasonable repair.
